Ms. Harvey has taken a step back on this CD, and it's a good thing. More raw and emotional than the last disc. More like her first CD Dry. Great organic and simple songs. Part gritty blues-rock, part lovely Patti Smith, this has everything a fan, or a newcomer would want.
