The word that comes to my mind when I listen to this album is "contemporary." If you like contemporary music as I see it, you'll dig on this album. I don't like contemporary music, and since my momma always told me not to say anything if I can't say something nice, so I'll refrain from a full-fledged review, but I will say that "Birdman" sounds like watered down Nancy Griffith without the balls.
