Canebreak Run
Nothin' to Hide
The first time I listened to this CD, it didn't really grab me. But I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and a few more listens, and I'm glad I did. This Fort Collins band has put forth a great short release that really grows on you. Rob Solomon's smooth voice tops a nice tight sound, trading air time with some rock-solid extended guitar sets reminiscent of - dare I say it - such seventies rock groups as the Eagles. If you're looking for some nice, straight rock in the maze of alternative musical styles available today, try to hunt this one down.
