Windmills Are Coming

Fans of Leo Kottke should enjoy this album if they always wished leo had a smoother voice with more echo. Joel has won quite a few awards including grand prize in the the 1998 John Lennon Songwriting Contest. He was also a showcased artist at the 2000 SXSW Music Conference. "Windmills are Coming" is good, but not great. Maybe I'd enjoy it more if it weren't a live disc. It's worth checking out if you're into mellow guitars and wistful guitars.
